Rotation: The world we perceive is based on small entities that orbit themselves and thus form stable structures over time like photons (Sonon). Multiple rotating Sonons create stable structures in space and time forming the basis for matter like electrons or protons.

Medium: Rotation needs a medium which is the underlaying spacetime. A medium which transports waves that interact und lead to forces between rotating entities.

Forces: Rotating entities on similar magnitude attract each other and might lead to further rotating but also static structures.

Is space or time relative?

Explaining it in terms of Einsteins wording we’ll probably phrase it like this: Einsteins Relativity-Theorie got the relative part wrong. Not space is relative, time is. In principle the Roton-Model says: Space is uniform and not curved but time is a localized observable phenomenon. This means, that time is a locally relative observation. So there is no uniform time over the whole universe.
